To book an appointment using your NexaPoint Health patient account, log in using your registered email and password. From the homepage, click “Book Appointment.” Under your Patient Profile, enter your current address and upload both the front and back of your state-issued ID.
Next, click “Edit” to update your insurance details. A pop-up window will prompt you to input your insurance provider information and upload the front and back of your insurance card. Once completed, click “Save” and then “Submit.”
Proceed to the History tab to complete questionnaires related to your medical history, allergies, lifestyle habits, past procedures, and current medications. Click “Update” once done.
Under the Chief Complaint section, you’ll be prompted to chat with Mia, the built-in AI assistant. Mia will help collect the reason for your visit and guide you in selecting a suitable appointment date and time.
This process ensures all necessary information is collected before confirming your appointment.
