Certification Body: SLI Compliance
Testing Methodology: All certification criteria are tested in accordance with ONC test procedures and standards as outlined in 45 CFR Part 170.
Export Formats: EHI exports comply with applicable standards including FHIR R4 and USCDI data elements as required by §170.315(b)(10).
Security Practices: Authentication credentials are encrypted in accordance with §170.315(d)(12), and multi-factor authentication is available as specified in §170.315(d)(13).

Certification Scope and Limitations
Certified Capabilities Only: This certification applies exclusively to the five criteria listed above (§170.315(b)(10), (d)(12), (d)(13), (g)(4), and (g)(5) ). No other platform features, modules, or functionality are certified under the ONC Health IT Certification Program at this time.
Clinical Decision Support (CDS): Clinical Decision Support functionality is not included in this certification.
Technical Constraints: The certified capabilities operate within the technical specifications and requirements outlined in the ONC test procedures and standards referenced in 45 CFR Part 170. Users should review the complete certification documentation to understand specific technical requirements and constraints.
Third-Party Dependencies: Certain certified capabilities may rely on third-party services or systems (such as identity providers for multi-factor authentication, or external data exchange networks). Proper configuration and availability of these third-party systems may be required for full functionality.
