To remove a medical assistant (MA) assigned to a facility in NexaPoint Health, log in to the portal using your business email and password. From the dashboard, click on the “Facilities” tab and select the specific facility where the MA is currently assigned (e.g., Clinicare), then click “Details.” Navigate to the “Manage MA” tab, locate the MA you want to remove (e.g., Mark Jensen), and click the “Remove” button next to their name. Confirm the action when prompted. The MA will be successfully removed from that facility. Please note that while the MA's login credentials will remain active, they will no longer have access to view appointment schedules or patient charts for the facility from which they were removed.
